Connecting Threads

Submissions are in for our 2014 Community Art Show, “Connecting Threads,” and our exciting artisan programs have been scheduled. “Connecting Threads” opens on Tuesday, April 1, with the opening reception at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, April 4. See the Art Show page for more information.

Something New for Kids

Princeton Public Library has expanded its services with a new digital collection website experience just for kids. The main digital collection (Omnilibraries.org), now has a separate site to provide a safe and easy browsing experience for kids.

Princeton Public Library recognizes the need to provide a safe environment for kids to browse library materials. Just as the children's section of the physical library is sectioned off, the same experience is now available on the digital collection. This appealing and user-friendly page contains eBooks, audiobooks, music and video. Browsing can be done by subject, reading level or interest level. Check this page out now: Omnilibraries for Kids. This new service, powered by OverDrive, is free for users with a Princeton Public Library card. Digital titles are available anytime, anywhere and expire automatically, so no need to worry about late fees.
