Joy Kauffman, MPH, with Farm Stew Int. will present a four week Creation Health Workshop at the Princeton Public Library on Thursday nights, Jan. 12, 19, 26 and Feb. 2 at 6:30. Participants will learn the eight principles that turn small changes into big results: Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook, and Nutrition.
Practicing the Creation Health principles will make you happier, healthier, and give you more energy, and could add an average of ten years to your lifespan. In addition to looking and feeling healthier, living the Creation Health lifestyle can prevent or begin reversing certain diseases, decrease the need for pharmaceuticals, help strengthen relationships, and promote a sense of inner peace and calm. More information can be found at www.CreationHealth.com.
This program is provided free of charge and all are welcome to attend.
