On Tuesday, May 14 at 6:30 p.m. Terry Johnson will present a program on Quilts of Valor, a nationwide foundation that awards healing quilts to service men and women who have been touched by war. Terry has quilted for more than 30 years and became a group leader for the Quilts of Valor two years ago. Join us to hear her journey of how she became involved and why it’s become almost a full time job. The Illinois Valley Quilt of Valor crew will bring quilts to show as well as a video and PowerPoint presentation.
