LIBRARY SERVICES UPDATE
Study rooms, and the Matson Meeting Room will remain closed. The Library Café is open during library hours for carryout beverages only. PLEASE WEAR A FACE MASK WHEN ENTERING THE LIBRARY AND CAFÉ. Starting 7/6/20 patrons will be able to schedule a time for other services. These services include printing, copying, faxing and laminating. Similar to the book and DVD orders, patrons will be able to schedule services. Please telephone or e-mail ahead to arrange for these.

Seven of our public computers will be available for 45 minute sessions, one of which will be dedicated to those in need of completing government documents such as taxes, census, employment, social, financial or health related forms. In order to use this more private PC, let the library staff know when placing the reservation. We also have laptop computers that can be checked out for in-house use. In addition, the library will continue to offer free wi-fi throughout the building and parking area.

HOW TO ORDER LIBRARY ITEMS Patrons may place their orders by phone (815) 875-1331, by e-mail (help@princetonpl.org), or by signing into their accounts remotely through the Princeton Public Library Website (www.princetonpl.org). Don’t know exactly what you want? We will be happy to select an assortment of titles for you. Call or e-mail us with authors or genres you enjoy or titles you’ve already read and would like to read “more like that.” If you have children looking for books, let us know their age or grade level/reading ability, what subjects they are interested in, as well as books they have already read and liked.

INTERLIBRARY LOANS Beginning 6/26/20 we will start receiving holds placed on materials from other libraries, however there will be an additional three day delay in order to quarantine all incoming requests before allowing checkout.
