Pre-registration is encouraged
As part of your Summer Reading fun, a Dungeons and Dragons Escape Room will take place at the Princeton Public Library Thursday July 12. Teams can sign up for 45 minute time slots that start at 10:30 a.m., with the last group starting at 8:00 p.m.
Test your team cooperation skills by getting “locked” in a room with six to eight people and see if you can escape before time runs out and the dragon attacks! This year’s Escape Rooms will be based on the Dungeons and Dragons Universe and success will require group cooperation, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. We will be able to combine groups if your group is three or less.
The puzzles have been designed for first grade to adult ages, and teams should register in advance at the Youth Services desk or by calling 815-875-1331 ext. 220, although walk-ins will be welcome if we have open slots.
The Youth Services will also have family-friendly board games available to play, should you want to extend the fun before or after your escape attempt, and we also hope to have one or more Dungeons & Dragons campaign demonstrations during the day.
