Friends of Princeton Public Library (FOPPL) Celebrate National Friends of the Library Week October 18-24

National Friends of the Library week was established in 2005.
This is a two fold opportunity to celebrate Friends of PPL. Our
organization is currently at 105 members and we work diligently to
assist in supporting our Library in raising funds for special needs
beyond the scope of their budget, along with providing a working
volunteer program, and to also stimulate the use of library facilities
and resources in our community. It is a time for our Library and
Board of Trustees to recognize our Friends for their help and support
of the Library.

We will be celebrating the week at Princeton Public Library by
sponsoring several basket giveaways beginning Monday, October
19th. Each day, Monday through Friday, we will give all members &
our patrons a chance to enter their names into the that day’s themed
basket giveaway. The winner will be drawn at the end of the day and
a new basket will be placed on the table. So stop in everyday to enter
your name in our daily basket raffles.

We have also received a message from the Library and Board of
Trustees that they will offer a free drink at the Princeton Public Library
Cafe to all current members of our Friends of PPL Organization as a
thank you for all that you do as an organization to support the Library.
So stop in during the business hours of 7 am- 1 pm ( Monday- Friday)
for your free drink!
